Inertia - The tendency of an object at rest to remain at rest, and of an object in motion to remain in motion, unless acted upon by an outside force.

 Inertially Impaired - One who is impaired by inertia; the tendency of a person at rest to remain at rest (even though the alarm clock is ringing), and of a person in motion to remain in motion (even though it is time for bed), unless acted upon by an outside force.
